Claire Stewart - Parent Governor

My name is Claire Stewart, and I am a parent governor at St John’s. Both my son and daughter attend the Juniors and Infants school and having attended St John’s myself many years ago, I feel like the school really is part of our family! I have worked as a teacher and subject leader at a high school in Chester for 16 years. This has given me a thorough understanding of education, the role of the governing body and most importantly, in developing enthusiastic young learners. I believe that the opinions and experiences of parents are essential in securing the highest quality of education for our children
